1. Platform Overview

The WLTS Student Management System and WLTS-OFAAL Examination Management System form part of the official digital infrastructure used for student registration, examination management, result publication, and authorised administrative services.

2. Ownership and Authority

All rights, ownership, authority, and operational control of WLTS and WLTS-OFAAL—including all student data, registration data, examination records, results, and administrative decisions—remain solely with WLTS-OFAAL official authorities.

3. Technical Development and Maintenance

This website and all related systems, modules, and digital services have been professionally designed, developed, and technically maintained by TechBytz.

TechBytz functions strictly as an independent technical service provider responsible only for website development, software development, system integration, hosting configuration, and ongoing technical maintenance.

TechBytz and its developer (Gobikrishna) do not own, operate, control, or participate in any administrative, academic, organisational, or policy-related decisions of WLTS or WLTS-OFAAL.

TechBytz is not involved in the creation, approval, enforcement, or interpretation of any WLTS-OFAAL rules, guidelines, or decisions.

4. Data Protection and GDPR

WLTS-OFAAL is the sole Data Controller responsible for determining the purpose, scope, and lawful basis of all personal data processing under UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

TechBytz may act only as a technical Data Processor for essential system maintenance tasks and does not access, use, analyse, sell, or distribute personal data beyond what is required for technical support.

TechBytz and its developer do not manage, control, or influence WLTS-OFAAL’s privacy practices, data governance policies, or internal data-handling procedures.

All privacy responsibilities, data accuracy, data retention, and data protection obligations remain solely with WLTS-OFAAL.

5. Examination, Registration, and Results

All examination rules, registration approvals, eligibility decisions, grading, and result publications are fully controlled and managed by WLTS-OFAAL.

TechBytz holds no responsibility or liability for any academic, administrative, or organisational decisions made by WLTS-OFAAL or its authorised representatives.

6. Payment Processing

Where applicable, online payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment gateways such as Stripe.

After successful registration, a unique Reference ID or Registration Number may be generated for tracking and payment purposes. Users may use this reference to complete online payments securely or choose alternative payment methods if provided by WLTS-OFAAL.

TechBytz does not collect, store, process, transmit, or have access to any card details, banking information, or financial transaction data at any stage.

All payment-related policies, fees, refunds, and financial decisions are solely determined and managed by WLTS-OFAAL and/or the authorised payment provider.

7. Service Availability

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure system availability and performance, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues may occur.

TechBytz is responsible only for technical maintenance and cannot be held liable for downtime, delays, or disruptions caused by hosting providers, third-party services, or WLTS-OFAAL operational decisions.

8. Liability Disclaimer

TechBytz shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, data issue, or decision arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to registration outcomes, examination results, academic decisions, or administrative actions.

WLTS-OFAAL is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all information, results, and decisions displayed within this system.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse, attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the system. Any such activity may result in account suspension, data restriction, or investigation by WLTS-OFAAL and relevant authorities.
